How LexHub is priced
LexHub runs on a subscription model with a free trial and several paid plans. Credits are the currency for AI usage in LexHub — they are consumed each time you use the Assistant, run a Workflow, or generate a Review. Your plan determines how many credits you receive each month.

Credits
What is a credit?
A credit represents one unit of AI usage in LexHub. Credits are consumed when you interact with the Assistant, run a Workflow, or generate cells in a Review. The number of credits used per action depends on the complexity of the request.
How credits are used
Here are some examples of how credits are typically consumed:
Action | Estimated credits used |
Simple Assistant question | [X] |
Document summary (Workflow) | [X] |
Extract timeline (Workflow) | [X] |
Review cell (per document) | [X] |
Compare document versions | [X] |
Viewing your credits
You can see your remaining credits at any time by going to Settings → Plans & Credits. This shows your current balance, usage so far this billing period, and your plan details.
Credit rollovers
Unused credits at the end of a billing period roll over to the next month, as long as your subscription remains active. Rolled over credits are valid for [X] months. Credits expire upon cancellation of a paid plan.
Credit top-ups
If you run out of credits before your billing period resets, you can purchase a one-time top-up without changing your plan. Top-ups are available from Settings → Plans & Credits.
Minimum purchase: [X] credits
Credits are added to your account instantly
Top-up credits are valid for [X] months from the date of purchase
Managing your subscription
Upgrading your plan
Go to Settings → Plans & Credits and select the plan you'd like to move to. Your new credit allowance takes effect immediately. If you have already used some credits in the current period, the remaining balance is adjusted accordingly.
Downgrading your plan
Go to Settings → Plans & Credits and select a lower plan. Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period, after which the new plan takes effect.
Cancelling your subscription
Go to Settings → Plans & Credits → Manage → Cancel subscription. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Unused and rollover credits will expire at that point and will not carry over.
Updating billing information
Go to Settings → Plans & Credits → Manage → Edit billing information to update your payment details or download past invoices.
FAQ
When do my credits reset? Credits reset on the same date each month that you started your subscription. You can find the exact reset date in Settings → Plans & Credits.
What happens to my credits if I upgrade mid-cycle? Your credit allowance is updated to reflect your new plan. You don't receive a full new allocation — instead, the difference between your old and new plan is added to your current balance.
Can I share credits across team members? Credits are allocated at the workspace level. All users in a workspace draw from the same pool. Admins can manage usage and user access from Settings → Administration. (Credit limits per user may be available on higher plans — confirm with your plan details.)
Can I get a refund on unused credits? Credits are non-refundable. We recommend starting with a lower plan and upgrading as your usage grows.
I've upgraded but my credits haven't updated. What should I do? Allow a few minutes for the change to take effect. If the issue persists, contact us at [[email protected]].
